Orvis - Battenkill Disc 5/6 Fly Reel w/ Spare Spool - Freestone Vintage Tackle
For sale here is an Orvis Battenkill Disc 5/6 fly reel with extra spool in excellent used condition. Made in England by BFR, the reel features fully ported frame and spool, smooth alloy foot, counterbalanced spool and two-way metal line guard. Easily converted RHW to LHW, and the disc drag has strong resistance throughout its range. Mechanically perfect with only minor signs of use. 3 1/8" diameter and 3/4" spool width. Both spools come loaded with line and backing, and they are sold with their original cases.
